The Montgarrie Mobile Porridge Bar.
Commissioned by the Scottish Sculpture Workshop, Lumsden, Aberdeenshire for the Skills Biennial, this was a collaboration between artisan oat miller, Ritchie Duncan and Domestic Godless member Stephen Brandes in September 2014.
The concept and delivery occurred over two months; Ritchie building the van with a functioning waterwheel, Stephen designing the signage and several dishes which stretched the possibilities of oatmeal cookery.
